Fruit Salad Ice Cream

Ingredients:

• strawberries, hulled and quartered
• 2 1/2 cups pineapple
• 6 oz. blueberries
• 6 oz. blackberries
• 2–3 kiwis, sliced
• 3 oranges, peeled
• 1 1/2 cups red grapes, cut in half
• 1/2 cup apple juice
• 1 tablespoon honey
• Zest of 1 lemon
• Juice of one lemon
• Ice cream of choice

1. Wash and chop all the fruit. Add to a large mixing bowl along with the honey, apple juice concentrate, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
2. Mix together and serve immediately or store in the fridge until serving.
3. Although you can eat this salad as is, it is even better served with sorbet or ice cream.

Bahan:

• Stroberi, potong menjadi 4
• 2 1/2 gelas nanas potong
• 170g buah blueberry
• 170g buah. blackberry
• 2–3 kiwi, iris
• 3 buah jeruk, kupas
• 1 1/2 cups anggur, potong menjadi 2
• 1/2 gelas jus apel
• 1 sendok makan madu
• parutan kulit lemon
• air perasan lemon
• Ice cream

1. Cuci dan potong semua buah. Tambahkan ke mangkuk besar bersama dengan madu, konsentrat jus apel, kulit lemon, dan jus lemon.
2. Campur menjadi satu dan sajikan segera atau simpan di lemari es sampai disajikan.
3. Sajikan dengan sorbet atau es krim kesukaan kalian.
