GOLDEN KIWI BEAUTY BOWL

Ingredients:

• 2 ripe golden & green kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced
• 1 cup Greek yogurt (or plant-based alternative)
• 1/4 cup granola
• 1 tablespoon chia seeds
• Handful of mixed berries (optional)
• Drizzle of honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions:

1. Start by layering the base of your bowl with Greek yogurt. If you prefer a dairy-free option, choose your favorite plant-based yogurt.
2. Arrange the sliced golden kiwi on top of the yogurt, creating a vibrant, sunlit layer.
3. Sprinkle granola over the kiwi. Granola adds a satisfying crunch and an extra dose of fiber.
4. Sprinkle chia seeds for an omega-3 boost
5. Scatter the mixed berries across the bowl. Berries are rich in antioxidants and add a burst of flavor.
6. For a touch of sweetness, drizzle a bit of honey or maple syrup over the top

Bahan-bahan:

• 2 buah kiwi golden & hijau matang, kupas dan iris
• 1 cup greek yogurt
• 1/4 cup granola
• 1 sendok makan chia seed
• Segenggam buah beri campur (opsional)
• Madu atau sirup maple (opsional)

Petunjuk:

1. Mulailah dengan melapisi dasar mangkuk Anda dengan greek yogurt. Jika Anda lebih menyukai pilihan yang non-dairy, pilihlah yogurt nabati favorit Anda.
2. Susun irisan kiwi di atas yogurt, sehingga menciptakan lapisan yang cerah dan ceria.
3. Taburkan granola di atas kiwi. Granola menambahkan kerenyahan yang nikmat dengan serat ekstra.
4. Taburkan chia seed sebagai  penambah nutrisi omega-3
5. Berikan buah beri (strawberry / blueberry / raspberry) yang sudah dicampur ke dalam mangkuk. Buah beri kaya akan antioksidan dan menambah rasa.
6. Untuk menambah rasa manis, berikan sedikit madu atau sirup maple di atasnya.
