Tuna Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:

• 2 cans tuna in water or 2 cup flakes tuna
• 1/3 cup mayonnaise
• 1/3 cup celery, finely chopped
• 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
• 2 tablespoons pickle relish
• 1 cup peeled corn
• 1 teaspoon mustard
• 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
• salt, to taste
• pepper, to taste
• 6 butter lettuce leaves, rinsed and patted dry

Instructions:

1. Add the tuna, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, pickle relish, capers, whole grain mustard, parsley, and lemon juice to a mixing bowl.
2. Mix the ingredients together thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Serve the tuna salad in the lettuce leaves.
4. Garnish as desired.

Selada Bungkus Tuna

Bahan-bahan:

• 2 kaleng tuna dalam air atau 2 cangkir daging tuna suwir
• 1/3 cangkir mayones
• 1/3 cangkir seledri, cincang halus
• 1/4 cangkir bawang merah, cincang halus
• 2 sendok makan acar
• 1 cangkir jagung kupas
• 1 sendok teh mustard
• 2 sendok makan peterseli segar, cincang
• 1 sendok makan jus lemon segar
• Garam secukupnya
• Merica untuk rasa
• 6 daun selada mentega, dibilas dan dikeringkan

Instruksi:

1. Masukkan tuna, mayones, seledri, bawang merah, acar, caper, mustard gandum, peterseli, dan jus lemon ke dalam mangkuk.
2. Campurkan semua bahan hingga merata. Bumbui dengan garam dan merica secukupnya.
3. Sajikan salad tuna di atas daun selada.
4. Hiasi sesuai keinginan.
